Returns & Refund

All purchases on the website are final. We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged as examined and determined by our quality control team.

All refund and exchange queries will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by the customer service team. We would urge you to share images and videos for reference during this process to have our team assist you better. Refunds for cancellation requests do not include shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable..

Note:  Any Transaction will need 6-7 working days

 

Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged Outer Packing / Used Product / Wrong product 

 In the above-mentioned cases, kindly raise the request within 24 hrs of receiving the product, otherwise, the request will not be entertained.

Also, attach the images and video of outer packing and inner packing with the product from all sides, it help us to resolve the issue.

 

Delivery issues, Issues with the delivery agent, Issues with Pod

 In the above-mentioned cases kindly raise the request within 24hrs after receiving the product as this is the deadline from courier partners for such cases.

And kindly attach your identity & signature proof with the request which helps us to solve the issue

 

Cod/Prepaid issues, Payment issues, Delay in delivery

In the above-mentioned cases, kindly connect with our customer care in between 

9 am to 6 pm on business days.

All Other Skincare

Eligibility for a return. It must be ensured that the item is unused and is in mint condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to show a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refund is granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery


International Orders Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for international orders once payment is confirmed and the order is processed. This policy applies to all products and services purchased internationally through our platform. Additionally, there is no cancellation or returns accepted after your order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding of these terms. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

All items bought in SALE are final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless the product is damaged. 


Cancellations, exchanges and refunds of tickets


ANY TICKET PURCHASED THROUGH THE theamsha.com PLATFORM IS MEANT SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR PERSONAL USE BY THE PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE TICKET HAS BEEN ISSUED. TICKETS ARE NOT A TRANSFERABLE PROPERTY AND CANNOT BE RESOLD, TRANSFERRED OR CONVEYED TO ANY PERSON UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN AND EXPRESS PERMISSION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE EVENT ORGANIZER. ANY PERSON FOUND ABUSING TICKETS FOR PERSONAL GAIN OR FOR COMMERCIAL USE SHALL BE LIABLE TO SUITABLE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO BLACK MARKETING AND FINANCIAL & CRIMINAL FRAUD.

If Amsha Marketing LLP finds that You are transferring or selling, or You had in the past transferred or sold, Your tickets, including m-ticket or band, through any mode, including social media platforms, other ticketing platforms, by hand, thereby allowing any other person to access the Event without purchasing the ticket from theamsha.com Platform, then Amsha Marketing LLP may initiate suitable legal proceedings.

Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, modified, transferred, or refunded, and You shall not make any request for modifications in the ticket, including change in date, time, location, or category unless the Amsha Marketing LLP has specified so in the Event’s terms and conditions. Please make sure You check the date, time, and location before You book Your tickets. But we’d still advise You to read the terms and conditions for each Event regarding exchange, cancellation, modification, transfer, and refund. If You wish to change or modify your ticket details, the same shall be entirely at the discretion of the Event Organizer.

If an Event is cancelled  then  refund for the tickets shall be initaited barring the processing fee. Your refunds may reflect in Your account within seven (07) to ten (10) working days from the date of receiving the refund request only in the case of cancellation of the event.
